His, is there a way to remove the notification options from every module? I have read the wiki, (topic here)(this) but It still all over the site ((here)

Adding: the notification option appear at the end of postings (to name one ) if you scroll down, you'll see it...

Notifications are configured in each notification-using module. In each of those modules' preferences, you can disable notifications altogether.

It is not the easiest way to totally disable notifications, but it is the most flexible way
