How i can make a avatar not be deleted with a avatar change ?

I don't understand your question, but the avatar uploading/deleting is handled in edituser.php. Look for
if ($op == 'avatarupload') {

i put many avatars in my XOOPS site ! but if user select one avatar and after change the old will be deleted ! i can make my customs avatars not be deleted !
