Hi at all
I try to set up the Forum off line, what does it mean: _MI_NEWBB_BNAME4 ?

It's a language constant, meaning that it is used instead of writing it in one language after being defined in a language file.

If you see the _MI_NEWBB.... on the screen instead of "proper" writing, something's wrong with the language files - possibly a missing language constant definition.
