Blank page after install

I have installed xoops-2.0.6RC.zip in Linux RedHat 9 with Mysql, PHP, phpMyadmin and Webmin. I put xooops in a directory of /httpd/htdocs/xoops/html. The installation was correct. At the last I pushed the link "your index page" but I see a blank page.

Can you help me?

During the install I had 766 in the directories /upload /templates_c and /cache. Now with 777 it's ok and working fine.

By the way, there is XOOPS 2.0.6 full available in the downloads section. So no need to use the RC any longer
