I run 2.0.6RC but want to pdate to regular 2.0.6?

How does that work!

Download xoops-2.0.5-to-2.0.6.patch.tgz.gz and extract its contents into your XOOPS directory.

But note there are some errors in the patch (only one of them really matters), so you'll need to correct for that, as per this post.
