I dont know what the hell hapenede, i made a custom block it didnt work properly and i deleted it, when i refreshed the page all of my blocks were gone?? I dont know how did this happen im shocked, can anyone tell me how can i get my blocks bak ??

Can you get to your system admin?
Can you reach your login screen?

IF SO Login and go to this url

http://yoursite.com/modules/system/admin.php?fct=groups

1/ This will take you to the administration for groups.
2/ Select webmaster group
3/ Fill checkboxes for all items in these categories

SYSTEM ADMIN RIGHTS
MODULE ADMIN RIGHTS
MODULE ACCESS RIGHTS
BLOCK ACCESS RIGHTS LEFT/CENTRE/RIGHT
