Sorry about this... I did a search for the word "sticky" and "forum sticky" which returned minor results...

Login to your site, and open the thread you want to make sticky. At the bottom of this thread you can see four icons. Click on the sticky Icon Resized Image and the topic will be made sticky

Correctly it's not called a sticky "forum"! It has to be called sticky "thread"!

Every forum sorts the thread by date. So the newest posts will normally be at the top of a forum. Older threads were moved down.

If you make a thread "sticky" it will be always show at the top of this forum.
