This is probably a simple question, but I am new to PHP. I installed the software and everything works well. I am housing this on a private server on APache Win32. My problem is that when I go to the site or any of the links from the main menu I get a directory list of files instead of the index.php file. I have looked through the files and cannot see a place to change the link location. How can you set the default page to be index.php instead of index.html??

Look for a file called httpd.conf or if you are using Apache 2 it would be httpd2.conf or it could be in commonhttpd.conf(mine is)

find DirectoryIndex and add index.php

not sure where on a Windows Server but on linux it is /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
