When I change the theme.html no change seems to be taking place...

Is there some feature I might need to change for my web browser?

Make sure that you are changing the theme.html of the theme you have selected in preferences.

in the admin area system/preferences/general you need to enable

Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory? set it yes

Thank you ... from a guy who hadn't asked the question ... yet.

Have been trying to figure out why nothing was changing on my site when I was changing things in the theme.html file. Just came here to search for the answer ... and there it was right there. Went ... changed it to yes ... changes showed up on the page. Sanity is slowly returning.
