Admin Problem

Me again,
My admin panel is like a different theme, kind of a stuffed up theme and my system admin, like adding banners and images dosn't work, just comes up when I click on them with the page can not be displayed. I could do them this morning but not now.
Any ideas?

What version of IE are you using?

Looks kind of old...the DHTML CSS is messing up

Hi Beejay,

go to your_site/modules/system and create file style.css.
Open this (empty style.css)file in text editor and enter this code:
