Need Help... upgrade 1.3.10 to 2x

I haveve XOOPS 1.3.10 on my site www.cupluri.com. Now I want to upgrade it to 2.0.5.1.
is it possible ?
I would like keep data base, there is a lot of registred users (about 500).
