I cant get it working / the download of the brazilian modules is corrupt?

I've downloaded it from here

But if you use the english language, you'll get some errors with the Triblocks names, I fixed them I'll put it online here

but triblock doesnt work with XOOPS 2.2.3..
in 2.1.3 gives an error like this

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getallblocks() in /home/httpd/vhosts/eskport.com/httpdocs/modules/incblocks/blocks/triblocks.php on line 72

and in 2.2.3 an error like this..

is there a way to use this block in my XOOPS versions
