Problem with uploading pics in xcGallery

Hello, it's me again

when I try to upload a picture in an alum, I get this massage:

Impossible to move Innercity.GIF to albums/userpics/10001/!

Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

Did you chmod the directories as per the Readme? Even better to chown the appropriate dirs to the user that runs the server process.
