Hi there

if seen that tho my_downloads modul only wor at 2.0.5.1!?
no way to get it on 2.0.3??
i think im not fit enough to update 2.0.3 t 2.0.5.1 or is there a patch out there?

Please help me its very important for me to get a DL modul where i can upload things.but i cant risk to shut my running xoops

Mydownloads module comes with 2.0.3 as well as it does for 2.0.5.1. All you have to do is upload your files, that you want to add to the mydownloads module, into a folder on your site and then add your downloads through the admin and put the links to the downloads that are in the folder on your site.

CBlue: I believe he is talking about my_downloads RC1 and not the version that comes with XOOPS at the moment.

To upgrade your version of Xoops, download each patch from your version of XOOPS to the one you want to upgrade too and then copy the files (overwriting the orginal) to your server. Use a dedicated FTP program (WS_FTP) to do this.
