Could anyone helped me on this subject?
this is an email I recieved about my webpagehttp://www.chatteris.org.hk

"I get a message from Microsoft saying that I must download software which supports Chinese script. When I cancel this message, the site appears to download, but the screen is just white. I get the same message with a lot of emails, but usually I can read them after I cancel the message."

the person who wrote it was accessing the site from a computer in U.K., would that be a problem?
i have no idea...

I get a similar message because I don't have all the proper txt characters loaded on my computer to display certain text on your site.

This is common when accessing sites in from .HK I find.

The message just asks me if I would like to install the characters but when I say no, then your site seems to load fine.

Not sure if that helps.
