I'm configuring XOOPS for my own use and have changed the News module name to "Library". I also want to change the "Submit News" menu name to something else.

Where do I go to do this - is there a template that I need to edit?

Edit the main.php and the modinfo.php files in the language folder of your news module. All you have to do is change every word that says news to Library. I did this with my weblog module and MyAds and addresses modules.
