Is Norton Anti-Virus a problem?

A user cannot log in. He only has Norton Anti-Virus (not Personal Firewall or Internet Security). Has this product been found to cause the same problem as the other two?

I use NAV without problems. NPF Or NIS, yes, but NAV, no.

If he is the only one with the problem, the cause is at his end. Perhaps he is blocking cookies? Or Windows XP Firewall? Your site using any kind of URL masking?

Another thing to look at is the users browser for example Opera has a option to enable/disable http referes in a sim way to NPF which of course will affect the user.

Just a thought, hope this is of help.
