How can i disable the Notification Options ???

When i load news page, bellow the news, there is a table displaying "Notification Options" ? The table only displayed when the user login to xoops. How can i make the table not visible to user? ?

Go to system admin, when you move your cursor over the news module you will see a menu appear and in that menu is preferences. Click on that and look for this "Enable Notification". Choose "Disable Notification" if you don't want this feature for news or choose "Enable only in-line style" if you want the feature available for them to sign up for news notifications but not see the block in the news page itself.
