Can't get the real "ip address" of Users on my site

for example

If you come to my site,the ip of all guests is "127.0.0.1"

If you have account on my site,the ip address of user after login will be 127.0.0.1 or 11.22.33.44(the ip of my URL).

so there're only 2 ip could be "Figured OUT".

Really need help

My server is Mac OS X server 10.3

php 4.3

mysql 4.016 standard

xoops 2.05
