Hey everyone I am very very new to xoops, my friend and I are using XOOPS and are having problems with the image manager.

We have setup a couple of catergories and then I have tryed to upload an image and after typing in a name and browsing for the file then clicking submit i get the following error

"Could not get uploaded file 0"

Could someone please let me know what this means and if I am doing anything wrong, the upload dir has permissions set as 0777 and I have no idea what i am doing wrong.

Can anybody help me on this one

I have the same thing all of a sudden. Can't help you but I know the error. I recently installed and was happy with uploading a dozen images to test the module. Now suddenly I can't upload.

To clarify the error as I see it. Won't upload the image but the db gets updated.

One thing to note in case it matters: I grabbed some avatars and the process seems to be that they are placed in the uploads directory. Avatars are working but the upload dir will get crowded with images. Something not right about that.
