Ok here is my dilema.

I have a group of writers who will be contributing regularly and I need to be able to set them up in a group who can submit and have their work be automatically be approved/go live.

2. I also want to allow regular registered members to post BUT I want thei work to be moderated, meaning needing approval by me.

3. I also want to allow the writer's group to be able to approve regular member's pending stuff.

How can I do this? This is so very important for my site.

We talking about news? I imagine that you can just set the group of writers to have "Module Admin" permissions in the News module.

The news and special section as well.
