How To Remove xoops banner on front page

Hello.. I 'm hoping someone can help me. I have replaced one XOOPS banner with my own using the logo.gif.. but the other banner is on a file called banners.php?op+click&bid=2..

Where in the world to find that and how to replace that with my own..

Please answer as simply as you can. I understand but it takes me a while to process....

Look in Admin menu, System (maybe under preferences). There is an administrative interface there for banner management.
