Help with forum on my site...

In forum posts it works fine but when people reply it gives them the tree view of the reply and not just showing replies under the main topic. Im sure there is an easy way to fix this and it has probably been posted somewhere else but i just can't find it. Can anyone help me?

Nevermind, i got it. Apparently its an option for each user in the edit account page.
