nautis-osx theme problems?

Hello, I have a site that runs xoops. I unzipped the files from that theme into a folder called nautis. I made that might my default theme, and fixed permission, but it wont show anything - not even text.

I downloaded that theme myself and it's working fine. (www.aerialis.no/community)
