Hi,

I'm trying to show this RSS file in Headlines:

http://politperm.com/yandex/news.xml

And I get nothing, all the options are identical to XOOPS RSS news, this RSS file is valid because search engine yandex.ru is able to use it without errors.

It might be possible that their encoding produces that error you are getting. The XOOPS headline module currently supports iso-8859-1 or utf8 encoded RSS news feeds, officially.

I'm not sure, because I have the same problem with this RSS

http://www.vg.no/export/Alle/rdf.hbs

And this one is encoded in iso-8859-1
