I have just installed xoops.

I filled in the wrong virtual path. I changed it to my
ipadress/naish

It works but when you click on something it opens the parent directory!

If you click on the index.php of that folder it works.

I changed the virtual path in the mainfile!

Try updating the system admin module first and see if that corrects your problem. If not come back here and annoy us lot

I updated the admin module

But I still have the problem.

If this is a fresh install and you have not updated your site that much, maybe you could re-run the XOOPS install script and enter the correct values?

I remember this worked for me a while back.

it was a fresh install!

Ok I shall try that.

what is my virtual path?

Is it my http://ipadress/naish

that is the folder where XOOPS is installed in my apache htdocs directory.
