Blank screen after clicking next on the confirm database settings page

Hi All!

Im not at my first installation of XOOPS but im still unconfortable with mysql. Im on a Redhat 9 with apache 2.0.40, MySQL 3.23.58 and using the latest XOOPS 2.0.5a release. Evering goes fines till clicking next on the confirm database settings page. mysqld is running but i have a blank screen. I would prefer to have the red dots instead a white page... mysqld seam to work fine, I can connect on the command line. Also, no firewall is blocking with request. It does the same with XOOPS 2.0.3

any ideas?

And also.. A user have been created in the db and nothing appear in th logs beside a succesfull ( 200 ) queries log in apache..

Hi.

Is XOOPS compatible with Apache 2? While installing at home on a 1.3.x apache it work but on a apache 2... Blank screen when when the installation try to connect to the db.. Is it that I miss something to do that?

Well... goofy as I am, the php-mysql module was not installed... ;) It work fine now.

I checked everything and I still get a blank page after clicking next on the confirm database settings page.

I am running:

Debian 3.0R1 (Woody)
Apache 1.3.28
PHP4 4.3.3
MySQL 4.0.16

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

How to install the php-mysql module?

I am using PHP 5.0, IIS 6.0, W2K3, mySQL 1.4
