In older versions of xoops, there was the function that whenever a user submitted a download/news, an email would be sent to the webmaster to let them no. Once this had been approved an email would then be sent back to the user to say "Hey, your article has been posted" - is this still used and where can i activate it? Im using the latest version of XOOPS but cannot see this feature anywhere :S
