Help, my News has disappeared!

I am having a huge problem. All of my News except my initial posting has disappeared. The postings were displayed on my home page and in the New Archives. I haven't reset anything that would cause this mess.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Posting twice doesn`t help faster.

a. Switch the PHP Debug Modus on in the Admin CP, this will show maybe given errors
b. Are they realy gone? Check the story table in your Database

Sorry about the double post, it was a mistake!

No errors and yes they have disappeared from the database as well.

Did you use phpmyadmin? Does it show any error or just an empty Table? Is this the only Table, which has disappear?

Well it seems your database has an Error, if you have an Backup restore the Table an it should be ok. If not ask you Provider, maybe he has an Backup and sk him why the Table has disappear.

I do have a backup.

The table is still there but it only has one entry in it(my initial one). I am just trying to figure this out before posting more entries.
