XOOPS.org forum "Recent Topics" pagination?

On xoops.org web site the "FORUM" -> "Recent Topics" always shows the most recent topics on any page.

Clicking on pagination numbers changes the address (for example https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/list.topic.php?start=20&status=all&sort=lastpost), but not the content...

Can someone confirm this ...?
