The problem is as follows:
1. Do not set permissions in the module
2. It is not sent by the user article

I Tried Soapbox 1,60
The problem was solved with the access rights to the change in admin / permissions.php on line 46:
$ Form2 = new XoopsGroupPermForm ( "", $ xoopsModule -> getVar ( 'mid'), "Column_permissions", _AM_SB_SELECT_COLS);

The same problem with autoteaser, yet disabled, and a problem with the date when creating or modifying

I'm trying to figure out the rating all the same.
The data in the database sdvotedata are recorded, but there are no number of sbarticles voted in the votes. Where can be the problem?
