Can't add any image in the RMcommon images section (Xoops 2.5.8; PHP7)

Hello,

I'v posted this issue in The Github module,
https://github.com/bitcero/rmcommon/issues/73
I can't add any picture in RMcommon images section.

but I just want to know, if someone have the same problem after migration to 2.5.8 of Xoops. you can see this problem in this video:

my xoops config:
xoops: 2.5.8
rmcommon: 2.3.2.8
mywords: 2.2.5.5
php: 7.0.7
mysql: 5.6.30
tested with all type of browsers, chrome, firefox, edge, opera, ...
