Good news for translators, XOOPS 2.6.0 does not normally contain more than 2 language files. They are subject to change, but in the meantime you can always start the translations as it will remain in memory even if there are changes.

I translate a little every day, so I'm a little ahead of the release.

You have to register (free) and login, to view the page and translate on Transifex:
