Thumbnails are not displayed on 4.33 RC7 Forum module.

Hello i have got a web page with XOOPS 2.5.6 and the module Forum 4.33 RC7 and when an user send images attached to the post, the thumbnails are not displayed.
Any one knows how to fix it?.

I've tested on my PC and it was working just fine.

Make sure that you have set the upload directory correctly, and that the images are actually being saved there. It's possible that the images are not saved.

Hi Mamba, as ever very apreciatte your help.

I have tested it, and the images are uploaded at the directory correctly, because although not seen the thumbnail, if you click at the thumnail the image opens correctly, the problem is only in the display of the thumbnail in the post.

I have ckecket, and at the folder www.mysite//public_html/uploads/newbb/thumbs
all the files are 0 kbs but in the newbb folder all the images has the correct size.

I dont know why newbb dont create the thumbnails.

This is what i am talking about, the thumbs are only 0 kbs

In my version, when the image is smaller than what you've set as a thumnail, then it doesn't create a thumbnail, but it is using the original image.

Can I download somewhere couple of the original images that you have used, so I can test it here?

the problem is resolved. I had to delete folders upload / newbb and upload / newbb / thumbnails and recreate them again and now it works.

it has helped me because it is a new installation, for an update is not valid because you lose all the images you have stored.
