Cesag asked me to convert to XOOPS 2.5.6 Admin GUI the RSSFit module 1.22, originally developed by Brandcoke, and then updated by Hervet

I did some work, so if anybody would like to help by testing, please go to our XOOPS SVN and download the snapshot. I didn't have much time for testing, so your help would be very much appreciated. And feel free to provide improvements.
