Hi guys

I'm trying to install xoops on a local machine so that I can begin building up my module. I have already installed my apache server, php and mysql. When trying to connect to xoops, I get this errorr. "Acces Forbidden", I have given a all my drives permissions.

Ok lets start with the basics...

What version of PHP are you using?
What version of mySQL?
What version of Xoops?

What operating system are you using?

And what have you actually done so far with your installation?
You unpacked the source code and copied the contents of the htdocs to the web directory you intend to use right? And you already tested the directory with a basic index.html file before putting anything else in there to insure it actually works?
