I am using the current version of Xoops with Plesk and I am looking for a content manger. I checked the docs and the web site and the only one I see is Fantastico but its telling how to install it using a different control panel.

Can you please advise me is there any other content mangers available? I checked the modules on this web site but I can not find any other ones.

You can try fmcontent module.

The best content module right now is Publisher. Just click on the "Download Snapshot" link top right.

We'll be also focusing on Publisher going forward, so there will be secured path for this module.

If you use the xBootstrap theme, you will be able to create screen like this:
