Hello every one,
I am having an issue with my installation of xoops. I have got it to work fine the first time until I got to step 7 when it told me that my mainfile.php and mainfile.dist.php could not be moved, so I went and changed the permissions and tried it again.
Now I get nothing but a blank page when I go to
http://localhost/xoops-2.5.6/htdocs/install/index.php and I can't figure out what the issue is not. I have stopped my httpd and restarted it as well as mysqld service but still the same issue. I used 777 and 775 to see if it would change anything and "Nope, still the same thing"
Can some one please help me out here, I have at the cross street and can't figure it out.
