Ok but I do not want to put in my php code theme.html because it is not very secure

Is this just a random link, with no connection to any of the modules?

Did you think of using JavaScript?

I understand what a link is, that's not the issue

But normally I place links that are related to modules, like add something, and then XOOPS goes to the server and gets the stuff.

If there is no connection to the modules, and you just want to display the link, then you don't need the server, and therefore you don't need PHP, because you should be able to do it with JavaScript and HTML.
