Now that tiny editor is in xoops class with install, how and where can I edit what groups have access to different toolsets and other options

Hmm, I am not sure, but I think, you still need something like the TinyEditor to control it. What we have is only TinyMCE as an editor.

But this is just my guess. Maybe somebody has a better answer to it...
