smartfaq 1.11 & Xoops 2.5.5

System site: xoops 2.5.5
module : smartfaq 1.11

when user send request FAQ after click on submit , system give this error message:

A problem has occurred on our server!
Page is currently unavailable

We are working on a fix
Please come back soon ...

Error : Handler does not exist
Module: smartfaq
Name: category

==============

please help to solve this problem.

Could you turn on debugging and post the errors.
Will help in trying to resolve this issue.

For the time being, you can try to use the version 1.09 updated by Trabis, that should work OK.

I upgrade module smartFAQ from 1.08 to 1.09 but my problem with this module do not solve yet and after send question system give this error:

Corrupted Content Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected.Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I've never seen this before.
What PHP version are you using? Are there any other errors from Debug?
When does the error comes from? When you access the module in user or admin view? Is it when you access the module, or a particular topic?

Same 500 error in some admin links with 1.09 by Trabis.
This smartfaq module works but those 500 errors are annoying.
eg:
when you submit the FAQ or the Q will be sent correctly but you ended with that 500 error.

as the same when the webmaster approve a FAQ it will be stored in the databse but there is a 500 error afterward.

sidenote:
There are some Trabis modules that need closer view by the developer.
We really need trabis to be back at the soonest available time.

What PHP version are you using? How can I replicate these 500 errors? Can you show steps?

I test this module on local and also on my test website in the subdomain but could not reproduce it either.
Then I test in my production website but strangely I dont have those 500 errors anymore. It seems they just gone.

I can confirm that this smartfaq 1.09 by trabis have not any issue.
I will report here any new finding.
