Updating www.xoops.org to latest Apache version

Tonight, at Midnight EST, we'll be updating our Website to the latest Apache version, and PHP 5.3.

The Website will be not available during the update, and while we do not anticipate any issues with our modules due to PHP 5.3, you never know...

In case there are some issues, we appreciate your patience - we'll be working on it to make sure that everything runs correctly.

The update is finished. We are now using PHP 5.3.x
