I understand that he had some issues, but I wonder if this was caused by the Block template, or by the theme that he used? What kind of theme did he use? I would like to be able to reproduce the problem so I can better understand it.
Maybe he can provide a screenshot of the problem?
Also, using HTML tables is not very popular and in general it is recommended not to use them, so I am also not sure about the approach he took, but maybe some designers could advise on this?
