Hello
I meet a Beug with Xoops 2.5.5 profile and the module 1. 63

When the system disables jgrowl xoops preferences and which are modified by a field example: modules/profile/admin/field.php?id=1 we get this type of display when valid

Most probably it is because you have installed Defacer.

Defacer has in Preferences option to enable/disable jGrowl, which overwrites XOOPS selection. So even if you disable jGrowl in XOOPS, if Defacer has in enabled, it will still show up.

So this is not a bug, because it works as intended.

I am pretty sure that there is a conflict with a module.

The easy test is - disable all modules (except System and Profile), and then test it again. It should work fine.

Now enable one module, and test. If it works, enable next module and test it again, till you find the module that is conflicting with XOOPS.

OK, I am sorry, but I got here confused.

The display that you're getting is correct. This is the old display from XOOPS, which is shown when jGrowl is disabled.

When jGrowl is enabled, this is what you're getting:

Would did you expect to see? Why do you consider it a bug?

Hello,
A fix is actually in test and share if the problem is solved.
