Question about the Smilies Manager

There is a setting called "Display in form". But that doesn't seem to make any effect anymore.

It doesn't matter if you choose the plain text or dhtmleditor. You still need to click the smiley icon to see the smilies.

I remember it worked on 2.2.2. And have never worked since that.

Or have i missed something?

Very unnecessary to have a show in form setting if it does not do anything!
