Only include new threads in RSS feed (NewBB/CBB)

I want an alternative RSS feed for my CBB 3.08 forum that only includes new threads. Now it includes all new posts/replies.

There seems to be no settings for this what I can see. But maybe it's possible with some simple hacking?
