Ok, now Publisher installs well, but when i try to create category, and click 'create' nothing happens. There is nothing in debug, xoops or apache.

In MySQL 5.5 the default storage engine is InnoDB, so there may well be an incompatibility there.
A thread is for life. Not just for Christmas.

No problem here with Publisher 1.0 RC (link from Mamba and creating an categorie.

XOOPS version XOOPS 2.5.5-Beta
PHP version 5.3.6
mySQL version 5.1.49

Can you give more information?

and it doesn't work...

The screen just blink, but there is no interaction. When I refresh the page,I got notice something like: Image upload fail - but I didn't upload any picture.

as Peekay says : its look likes mySQL Version 5.5.16-log gives the troubles.
Maybe I can reproduce it in an environment with 5.5.16 MYsql.

Just curious - did you try to use on your installation RM Common Utilities?

I just installed Publisher on my WAMP Server and had no issues:

XOOPS Version XOOPS 2.5.4
PHP Version 5.3.10
mySQL Version 5.5.20-log
Server API apache2handler
OS WINNT
safe_mode Off
register_globals Off
magic_quotes_gpc Off
allow_url_fopen Off
fsockopen On
post_max_size 8M
max_input_time 60
output_buffering 1
max_execution_time 30
memory_limit 128M
file_uploads On
upload_max_filesize 2M

BTW, for security, you should have those turned OFF:

Weird. Bjuti can you make a printscreen or something? Or try again and watch the "queries" information in debugmode.

Publisher is a great module and you must have experienced. So we continue investigation.
