Classified Ads - looking for a good one

Hello,
is there no good Classified Ads-Module that is up to date?

I have installed catads 1.4, the newer versions are not working.

Have you tried Catads 1.53 from here on Sourceforge?

This was OK with Xoops 2.3 and 2.4, but has not yet been updated to work with Xoops 2.5 so it may not work anymore. If you switch on Xoops debug in prefs and post any debug notices here it would be useful to me as I do plan to update it soon.

I will also need to know your server spec, Xoops, PHP and MySQL version etc.

If you search, you should also find a module called 'Classifieds' which is also very good.

There are no significant errors in the php-debug.

Using your version there are no working links to ad an advertisment.

The numbers of the category are missing:
http://mydomain/modules/catads/submit1.php?cat_id=


On the main page catads/submit1.php there are no links at all.

Thx for reporting back surfinsaxman.

A lot of people use the module without problems, but both PHP 5.3 and the latest Xoops have affected many modules, so I guess one of the two has probably broken it.

I'll try and find some time to update it this month.
A thread is for life. Not just for Christmas.
