Frameworks are the variables that are repeated several times in the modules, this could save disk space for those few mb available on the server.

I think that is the usual variables should be included directly in the core, rather than repeat each time the modules. For example, when this is not installed, the message appears in the Administration module, or even a variable that I have already inserted in the module TDMCreate to say by whom it maintained the same module.

Think of some other variable that is repeated several times in the modules and report it.

This could be included in language/english/global.php or in an appropriate file in folder of language to the root.
