I've tried.. cleaned cache and updated system module... Doesn't work with Publisher.

Yes thats cool text editor..
its working only with new fresh xoops installation and fresh database not existing database.
i guest need module system hack to integrate it with existing xoops core and database.
but you still can use it with change your database manually. (x---_config)
